Our Fall Speaker Series' topic is Habakkuk. 2,600 years ago the prophet Habakkuk found himself surrounded by a world full of violence, greed, and political corruption. Worse still, the people who claimed to know and follow God lived in a way that was almost indistinguishable from the immoral decay of their culture. In a unique dialogue between God and the prophet, Habakkuk pleads for answers in understanding the seeming lack of urgency on God's part to punish wickedness, the scales of good and evil, and the legitimacy of God's method of judgment.

Now, two and a half millennia later, the spiritually discerning of our age are asking the same questions. Habakkuk is a timeless message of hope in the crucible of depravity and counterfeit religion.
