TW Norman
Pastor TW Norman, along with his wife Tina and their three sons, has served as the Lead Pastor of Little Chapel Church since 2017. With a deep passion for outreach, discipleship, and evangelism, TW believes strongly in what God is doing in Southern Illinois. He often says, “Our call is to partner with God’s plan for discipleship. Our aim is to raise up followers of Christ, empowered by the Holy Spirit, to live and do all God has planned.” TW loves seeing lives transformed as people encounter God, build meaningful connections, and discover the joy of serving with excellence.

Ronnie Coyle
Associate Pastor/Director of Student Ministries
Ronnie Coyle has served in youth ministry for over 20 years and loves walking alongside students as they discover God’s call on their lives. With his wife Bethany and their four children, Ronnie is dedicated to helping students know they are loved, valued, and created for amazing things in Christ.

Kendra Mitchell
Assimilation Director
Kendra has a heart for people finding true belonging at LCC. Since 2011, she has walked with guests and members from their first Sunday through discovering their place to serve. Her joy is helping people connect, build friendships, and use their gifts to bless the church and community.

Veronica Pippin
Office Manager
Veronica Pippin and her husband Micah serve faithfully in LCC’s nursery, caring for children with love and prayer. With her background in leadership and a passion for encouraging others, Veronica joyfully pours into families, helping the youngest in our church experience the warmth of God’s love.

Chelsea Lay
Children's Director
Chelsea began serving in LCC Kids in 2018 and now leads the ministry with passion and creativity. She loves creating fun, engaging ways for children to meet Jesus and treasures every opportunity to partner with families and volunteers in helping kids grow in their faith.

Kyle Hammers
Assistant Director of Finance
With a passion for stewardship and ministry, Kyle Hammers supports LCC’s finance operations while also serving in young adult and student ministries with his wife Allie. Kyle loves helping others grow as followers of Christ and is dedicated to serving people with integrity, faith, and joy.
Tina Norman
Communications Director
Tina Norman serves as the Communications Director at our church, where she is passionate about sharing stories, connecting people, and helping others stay informed and engaged. With a background in photography, videography, and creative media, she brings a thoughtful and authentic approach to communication. Tina is dedicated to using her gifts to highlight what God is doing in and through the church while creating meaningful connections within the community.

Robert Jones
Custodial Staff
Robert Jones faithfully serves Little Chapel by preparing God’s house for worship. A Marine veteran, Robert also leads a men’s Bible study, encouraging others to grow in God’s Word. He considers serving the church a privilege and delights in caring for the congregation both practically and spiritually.

Bobbie Henshaw

Since joining the staff in 2016, Bobbie Henshaw has served Little Chapel with a joyful spirit. Whether preparing spaces, cooking meals, or caring for children, Bobbie goes above and beyond to love and support the church family in countless ways, reflecting the heart of a servant.

Financial Assistant
Sarah Baylor serves as the Financial Assistant . She plays a vital role in supporting the church’s financial operations, ensuring that resources are handled with care and responsibility.
Sarah is always willing to step in wherever help is needed. Whether working behind the scenes or assisting others, she approaches every task with kindness, reliability, and a genuine desire to serve.

Jeff Rush is a dedicated pastor with a heart for shepherding people and building strong, faith-centered communities. Today, Jeff continues his ministry as Senior and Care Pastor, where he provides spiritual direction for the church while also focusing on caring for individuals and families through life’s challenges. His passion for pastoral care, encouragement, and discipleship remains at the core of his work, as he strives to create a welcoming environment where people feel supported, valued, and inspired in their faith journey.
